France must address its threats in cyberspace in cyberspace of face the consequences (30th of November 2017)

An analysis of the  October 13th "Strategic Review of Defence and Strategy" white paper by the French Ministry of Defence and it's cybersecurity aspects. While the paper is comprehensive in its analysis of cyberspace, it fails to address threats to its critical infrastructure and democratic institutions.

Why the Terminator might turn out to be Chinese: China’s bid for an AI-empowered military  (13th of April 2018) An analysis of both the "killer robot" myth and China's strategy for AI investment. While AI will probably lead to short-term improvements in both offensive and defensive cybers operations (rather than the more distant proliferation of AI-driven autonomous weapons), China is investing heavily and under the radar in american AI research.
